Tammy O’Meara-Chambers
A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Tammy O’Meara-Chambers-Broker-Owner graduated from Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Tammy is a licensed Broker in Missouri & Kansas. Tammy opened Top Property Realty, LLC in Jan 2021 and continues to grow with adding more agents each year. She is married to Jason Chambers and they currently reside in Andrew County. They have two children, Preston (Ivory) O'Meara and Mercedees (Justin) Schott and five grandchildren, Dreyton, Myla, Royce, Landon and Indy. Mercedees is also the Associate Broker.
With over 23 years of real estate experience, Tammy enjoys assisting buyers and sellers to make their home-owner dreams come to fruition. She has a passion for traveling and including her family on these adventures as her main focus. Recently, she has taken a family trip to Orlando including a Disney cruise. In addition to travelling, her hobbies include: scuba diving, walking, gardening, boating, and enjoying time at their lake house and Destin condo which is available for short term rental.
Tammy also has a true passion for giving back to her community and volunteers countless hours throughout the year. She serves on the Country Club Board of Trustees, St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomat’s Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, Specialty Industries Board of Directors, and is involved with numerous additional community service organizations. Previously, she served on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was recognized as the 2017 Chamber of Commerce Diplomat of the Year.
Tammy enjoys navigating both individuals and families throughout the sometimes-challenging process of becoming a homeowner. She feels a great sense of pride helping first time home buyers and makes it a point to attend as many closings at the title companies as possible. From start to finish, she enjoys assisting sellers in preparing their home for listing, all while focusing on netting them the most profit.
Mercedees Schott
Born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, Mercedees Schott brings a deep local connection and a genuine passion for homes to every client relationship.
Licensed in real estate since 2021, Mercedees is now a Broker- Associate serving both Kansas and Missouri. With over 15 years of customer service experience, she understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction- it's a personal journey. Her approach is centered on clear communication, trust, and making sure her clients feel confident every step of the way.
Real estate has always been part of Mercedees' life. She grew up flipping and remodeling homes and is currently working on her second personal flip. With a strong eye for interior design and hands-on remodeling experience, she helps buyers see the true potential in a property and guides sellers on how to maximize value.
When she's not working with clients, Mercedees loves traveling and spending quality time with her children and family. Family comes first, and that same care and dedication carries over into how she serves her clients. Randy Williams
A Northwest Missouri Native, Randy graduated from South Holt High School and Winona State University with a degree in Physical Education. Randy resides in St Joseph with his wife Carol. They have two children, Jordan and Jeremy and one granddaughter, Charlotte.
Randy has a passion for real estate and helping his clients reach their goals. His enthusiasm helps him connect with his clients. In his spare time Randy enjoys golf, spending time with his granddaughter and attending Mizzou Tigers, Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs sporting events.
Bobbi Boos

A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Dawnita Romesburg, Real Estate Sales Agent, graduated from Benton High School She is married to Matt Romesburg and they currently reside in Buchanan County. They have one child, Ashley Rever, and two grandchildren, Summer and Madilynn.

Joella Schultz
Joella Schultz was raised in Northwest Missouri and graduated from Jefferson High School and Northwest Missouri State University. She received a degree in Business Management and Marketing. The last twenty-two years she has lived in the St. Joseph area with her husband, David. They have three children, Dalton, Dylan, and Joslyn. Joella believes in giving back to the community by volunteering her time through the local Chamber, her kid’s school, as well as their families’ church. Her favorite things to do are spending time with family and traveling. Especially watching her kids play their favorite sports. Joella’s goal is to provide a smooth real estate transaction for both buyers and sellers. Joella and David have been investing in property for over twenty-two years. Between buying rental property or for flipping property, Joella has been through the process and understands both sides. Joella is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Born and raised in Saint Joseph, Missouri, Rick brings over two decades of construction experience to the Saint Joseph, Kansas City, and surrounding real estate markets.
Starting in the trades in 2001 and joining the union as an electrician in 2011, Rick later transitioned into project management and estimating, giving him a strong background in problem-solving, budgeting, cost awareness, and contract negotiation. In addition to his professional experience, Rick has experience in residential investing and home renovation projects, giving him practical insight into both the financial and construction sides of real estate.

Melissa Winn
Melissa Winn has been a lifelong resident of St. Joseph, MO, she currently resides with her husband of 24 years, B.J. Winn and their 3 children, Jacee, Jori and Jett. Melissa attended Lafayette High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri Western State University.
Melissa is a good listener and is a problem solver. She is eager to resolve stressful situations, to keep all parties involved satisfied and on board. Melissa decided to get involved in the real estate business due to her love for home remodeling and interior design. She has the eye to see cosmetic flaws and find the best solution for the space.
